Common Questions

Most students run into the same handful of issues when starting out. Here's what we hear most often and what actually works to solve them.

Yes. All course materials work on phones and tablets through any modern browser. Video lectures adjust to your screen size, and audio sessions download for offline practice. Some students prefer laptop screens for longer sessions, but the technical side works fine on mobile.

Most people struggle initially. The first two weeks feel awkward and unproductive for nearly everyone. If techniques from the foundational course don't click after a month of consistent practice, email us. We'll recommend alternative approaches or different instructors whose style might fit better.

Unlimited access once enrolled. Course content stays available as long as the platform exists. We update older courses occasionally with new techniques or research, and enrolled students get those updates automatically without additional cost.

Completion certificates are available for students who finish all course modules and practice exercises. These document your training hours but aren't professional credentials. Some students use them for workplace wellness programs or personal development records.

Absolutely. The platform saves your progress automatically. Many students take breaks during busy periods or when dealing with life changes. Your position in each course stays marked, and you can pick up exactly where you left off weeks or months later.

Any device with internet and a browser updated within the last year. Video lectures need reasonably stable connection for streaming, but you can download audio sessions ahead of time. Headphones improve the experience for guided meditations but aren't mandatory.
